Food was not so grate also too higher price compared to whole diu. And food quality was like road side fast food and price like 7 star hotel. Also pakeged drinking water and cold drink price they charged almost "140%" higher. 3rd grade restaurant. I suggest never visit this restaurant if you are in diu. Bill photo is mentioned of 750 ml thums up which is available in 40 outside Charge this much and we ask for the bill they denied the we force them then they provide bill.
insects are there in the food, and staff were casual and saying what they can do if insects are there on food. Bathrooms are worst maintained, overall poor maintenance and non apologetic staff and management.
Food is decent. Their chicken popcorn was good. But chicken seekh kebab had a big ant in it so had bad experience with it.
Room bathroom are worst maintanied and staff behaviour is not genuine. Very poor from this kind of hotel.
The ambience was good and the food was also nice but I am giving less stars only dew to the rude behavior of the server and staff. As my mother was having fast she was not going to eat any food with tomatoes, onions and garlics. So we gave the same instruction to the lady who was taking our order. Somehow she missed the tomato part and when the dish came we informed her that it has tomatoes and my mother will not be able to have it, but she is not ready to accept her mistake that she have not heard properly or have missed it instead she started arguing with us that we have not told her. Even the management was of no help. At last we had to order extra something else for my mother so that at least she could have something in dinner. Really no concern from management side about customer service. Or may be i should say nice trick to make customer order more and pay more for the mistake of their own servers. Had a very bad experience in service.
