1 Star Extremely Disappointed with Hygiene and Staff Behaviour I ordered Hakka Noodles and was shocked to find a hair inside the food. When I informed the staff, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, they said, "Even my staff don't have this kind of hair, how can I trust you?" This kind of response is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Finding hair in food is already a serious hygiene issue, but being blamed instead of helped made the experience even worse. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both food hygiene and staff attitude.

Very poor hygiene and unprofessional staff. I found a hair in my food (hookah noodles), and when I reported it, the staff denied it could be theirs and didn't handle the situation properly. No apology, no accountability just excuses. Completely unacceptable and unsafe for customers
