KFC Savar

1/5 My worst experience ever at this branch! The staff management was terrible -- waited 10 minutes just to get the table cleaned, and no one bothered. I ordered the Weekend Special "Meal for Many", but they gave me just one piece of Hot & Crispy and one wing, saying that's the meal. When I asked to change it, they said, "Sorry, we can't." The chicken and wings tasted awful -- seemed like old food just reheated. I've eaten at Gulshan-1, Banani, Gulshan-2, and Jamuna Future Park outlets, but this one was by far the worst. Very disappointing. Not recommended at all!

KFC Savar is a popular fast-food restaurant offering delicious fried chicken, burgers, and sides in a clean and comfortable environment. The staff are friendly and provide quick service, making it ideal for families, friends, and quick meals on the go. The restaurant is well-maintained with ample seating and a convenient location in Savar. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic KFC meals. Rating: 7/10

Kfc savar staff behaviour is not much good.

Today, we visited KFC Savar to take advantage of their 20-piece chicken package for only 999 Taka. While the taste of the chicken was as expected, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the interior of the restaurant was in poor condition. We chose a corner with a roadside view, only to find that the air conditioner was not working. Despite our complaints, the staff ignored us, stating that the bulk AC was off. This made our dining experience very uncomfortable. Additionally, after washing our hands, we found that there were no tissues available. When we requested some, the staff reluctantly provided only 3 or 4 tissues without a tissue stand in sight. This lack of basic amenities is unacceptable. What was even more shocking was the state of the kid's zone. It was in complete disarray, making it an unsuitable and unsafe area for children. Furthermore, the package included only a half-liter bottle of water, which is insufficient for a meal meant for multiple people. At the very least, it should have been a one-liter bottle. To add to the disappointment, they provided only 4 packets of ketchup for the entire 20 pieces of chicken. This is clearly inadequate and reflects poorly on their service standards. Overall, KFC Savar needs to seriously reconsider their customer service and maintenance standards. Our visit was extremely disappointing, and it is clear that the staff has no focus on customer satisfaction. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve their service quality. The day I visited, the washroom was out of service. I didn't see extra tissues kept on the tables. Got a free offer for signing up for a campaign! However, giving them a positive review.
