Visited here this Durga Puja, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for someone to even take the order, I had to personally approach the staff to get it done. The food then took almost 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive, despite being repeatedly told just 5 minutes. This clearly reflected poor management and lack of coordination. To make matters worse, when the bill was provided, it was nearly double the actual amount. Although it was later corrected, such mistakes raise serious concerns about management and transparency. Overall, the service was one of the worst I have ever experienced, especially during such a festive season Think carefully before visiting here during peak times, as the mismanagement can completely ruin your dining experience
