I've been dining at this place since childhood, and recently, after its renovation, I visited the newly revamped Hasty Tasty--and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The updated interiors create such a calming and elegant ambiance, making it feel like a peaceful escape right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tinsukia. The service was top-notch--the staff and the manager were genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming. As for the food, everything we tried was excellent. We had the masala dosa, chicken hakka noodles, and the mocktail First Kiss, and each item was delicious and well-prepared, and not to mention they served the food pretty quick as well. The wait time was surely short. I would highly recommend visiting Hestitasty. Whether you're going for the food, the service, or the atmosphere, it's a complete experience. You won't feel like you're in a busy town center--the vibe is calm, comforting, and truly enjoyable.

Restaurant Review: Hasty Tasty, Ranghar Market, Tinsukia From the moment I stepped into Hasty Tasty in Tinsukia's bustling Ranghar Market, I was greeted with a warm and grand welcome that instantly set the tone for a memorable dining experience. But what truly caught me off guard--pleasantly so--was my immediate detour to the restroom. Spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling, and well-maintained, the restroom spoke volumes about the restaurant's overall hygiene and attention to detail. If they can keep the washroom this pristine, I thought, then the kitchen must surely follow suit--and I wasn't wrong. We were attended to by a very polite and sincere service staff member, Mayuri, who went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Upon learning about our preference for pure vegetarian food, she promptly connected us with Chef Sakal Dev, who personally took note of our taste preferences. Such personalized attention is rare and instantly uplifted our expectations. We started with a mixed vegetable salad, customized precisely to our requirements. The freshness of the vegetables and the subtle balance of flavors made it clear that care and craftsmanship went into even the simplest of dishes. The main course was no less impressive. Our table was soon graced with: * Crispy Garlic Cheese Naan - perfectly baked with a crisp edge and soft center, elevated by the richness of cheese and the kick of garlic. * Black Dal Tadka - hearty, home-style, and packed with flavor, this comfort dish stood out for its creamy consistency and robust seasoning. * Chef's Special Paneer - delicately spiced and cooked to perfection; it was both rich and subtle, a true highlight. * Vegetable Pulao - aromatic, mildly spiced, and the ideal companion to the rest of the dishes. Chef Sakal Dev and his team's attention to detail was evident in every bite. It was the kind of meal that doesn't just satisfy hunger but leaves you feeling cared for. Though we stuck to a vegetarian spread that day, I was informed that Hasty Tasty is also well-known for its non-vegetarian delicacies and boasts a lounge bar for those looking to unwind with a drink. That said, even as strict vegetarians, we felt we had the best of what the kitchen had to offer. Final Verdict: Hasty Tasty lives up to its name not just in food but in service, ambiance, and overall hospitality. Whether you're a vegetarian or a non-veg lover, this place has something thoughtfully crafted for every palate. Hasty Tasty was one of my favourite restaurant in tinsukia, went after a long time, and loved the transformation, from the ambience and the food. Had mysore masla dosa & must say it was delicious,loved it. Service was good.

One of the fine dining destinations of T- town ....mind u it comes with price .. Avoid sitting in front - verandah area during daytime cos the kind of noises outside can be obnoxious.. Light Music they play is ok.... Even it cost Rs 200 per bottle of Qua mineral water I took it..at end 2 bottles I get take after meal .. Food is Yum ..so are their services offered by attentive waiters n bearers .. Missiroti - something it matched with the m-roti I used to have in Bhopal at Bapu ki Kutia ..Nostalgic ..chuckles . Paneer quality was good..but the best paneer n fresh paneer ppl should try from Sharma Dairy of Tsk ..( just an advice) This time I went for veg options . Three people lunch ..I paid 3500/- ( 3400 food + 100( tip ) ....veg option Mocktails is also good .. Choose wisely your dinner/lunch items or else the clever person will make u order this and that ..& at last u end up paying for something ordered feeling awkward at his request and that too could not be eaten fully..cos you ordered more .. I was Just wondering then what would be the price I would pay if I had gone for fully non veg options ..chuckles Location: Good in the heart of town. ..rang ghar complex it's a landmark ..easy to find. We ordered chicken butter masala....one of the most common and most eaten indian dishes.....it was bad,very bad...... didn't expect it. Water from the air conditioners which were central ac's were leaking and falling near our table and on my legs......
