The mutton biryani from Elaichi Restaurant in Tinsukia was a real treat for the taste buds. The rice was perfectly cooked--fluffy, aromatic, and rich with the fragrance of whole spices. The mutton pieces were tender, juicy, and well-marinated, blending beautifully with the flavorful masala that wasn't too oily or overpowering. The portion size was generous, and the biryani had that comforting homemade touch that's hard to find in most places. The only downside was that the prices felt slightly on the higher side compared to similar restaurants in town. However, the quality, taste, and presentation easily made up for it. Overall, a satisfying and hearty meal worth revisiting for any biryani lover in Tinsukia.

Kolkata Style Biryani is delicious !! One of the best in the town (can be the best in the town if they cook the biryani chicken more juicy bcz the chicken they serve was lil bit dry xcpt the leg piece one ) Butter Naan and butter chicken combo was super !! taste is soo good !! 4/5stars!! (1star cut bcz of the price of food items is lil bit high like they served 4 pieces of butter chicken which include one medium leg piece one medium piece and two small chicken pieces nd cost 360) overall nice experience!!

Elaichi is a great place for mutton biryani in Tinsukia. My girlfriend took me there, and the biryani was amazing. They offer both single-piece and double-piece mutton biryani. I opted for the double-piece, while my girlfriend had the single-piece. I found that one piece is just right, while the double-piece also comes with extra rice. I really loved the food, and the ambiance was good too. Highly recommended for biryani lovers, and I'd definitely visit again!

Food was absolutely delicious, especially the chicken pepper fry. However, a little disappointed with the service. A staff even spilled water on a phone. Couldn't find anyone when needed to ask for more water. I hope it will improve with time. Ambiance was okay-okay.

While the food was tasty, I noticed that the Garlic Chicken was a bit too salty. When I politely informed the manager, he completely ignored my feedback ... he didn't respond, ask for clarification, or show any concern about improving the dish. This lack of attention to customer feedback was disappointing and affected the overall experience.
