RaMa 2 Chef's Restaurant

One of the best fried rice I have ever ate. Overall food is good and the Atmosphere is also peaceful.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The most basic service was missing -- staff were untrained, inattentive, and lacked even the simplest sense of hospitality. The food quality was equally poor, far below acceptable standards, and it was clear that the team had no proper knowledge of dining or guest service. I would strongly suggest management to focus on training, improving food quality, and learning the fundamentals of hospitality before serving guests

I visited Rama 2 chef's with high expectations, but unfortunately, the hospitality left much to be desired. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. We were not greeted with a smile, and it felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Our server was slow to take our order and barely checked on our table throughout the meal. When we asked for extra plates, they didn't provide them.There was no warmth, no friendliness, and no effort to make us feel comfortable. The food itself was decent, though there was too much of spice in the hakka noodles but the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness from the staff. Hospitality is just as important as what's on the plate, and sadly, the restaurant fell short in that regard. I hope they work on improving their customer service, because right now, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Overall, a one star experience.

It's totally for photoshoots only the food was meh and it took much time for the waiter to even take my order and then to deliver it but for photoshoots it's the best place in my opinion

Food was not satisfactory. The noodles were too spicy but otherwise tasted good. The roll had burnt vegetables in it so looking for improvement there. The interiors are beautiful and i loved the ambience of the place. Overall a mid experience but please improve time of order fulfillment as it took an hour to get our food. Hopefully feedback is taken constructively. I believe the people are genuinely good and hope to come again for a much better experience
