Raja Mircha- (by bedanta)is a newly opened restaurant serving Assamese ethnic cuisines as well as North Indian and Chinese cuisines to the people in North Lakhimpur town. If you are a pork lover or a duck lover you can visit the place and you definitely gonna love the taste. The ambience inside is good with a sitting capacity of 20-22 persons at a time. A well known landmark to locate the place is Punjab hotel which many people know about. The restaurant has a good free parking space for their customers. The taste is great with a very reasonable price. For reference, you can go through their menu I have uploaded along with the review. Some items in the menu have been defined elaborately for the customers to understand the combinations of the dishes easily. Overall a recommendation to visit the place to enjoy some great taste.
Didnot tried the food, as the behaviour of the service persons along with the guy in computer is totally unprofessional. Their too much rude behaviour compelled me to return from the place. Never ever recommended to other people. The have taken the name of Raja Mircha, but instead of un professional behaviour of the staffs, made a place of Leaving or Passing. Donot visit this worst place.
Raja Mircha Lakhimpur is a true gem for all pork lovers! I recently had the pleasure of trying their selection of ethnic pork dishes, and it was a culinary journey I won't soon forget. The ambiance at Raja Mircha Lakhimpur transported me to a different world, with its rustic decor and warm lighting. But it was the food that truly stole the show. The menu was a delightful fusion of traditional and modern flavors, with a focus on pork like no other. I started with their signature dish, the Pork with Sesame seeds, which had the perfect balance of spices, tanginess, and succulent pieces of pork. The slow-cooked pork was tender and flavorful, and the spices left a lingering, satisfying heat on my taste buds. The Pork Naga Curry was a revelation, offering a fiery kick that was beautifully complemented by the rich, creamy gravy. The Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) infused in the dish gave it a bold, spicy character that left me craving for more. For those who prefer a milder flavor, the Pork Bamboo Shoot Curry was a hit. The tender pork chunks were cooked to perfection, and the earthy taste of bamboo shoots added a unique twist to the dish. To top off this delightful journey, I tried the Pork Thali, a combination of various pork dishes, and it was a symphony of flavors on a single platter. From spicy to savory, every element was a masterpiece. The service at Raja Mircha Lakhimpur was exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, adding to the overall experience. If you're a pork enthusiast looking for a gastronomic adventure, Raja Mircha Lakhimpur is the place to be. Their ethnic pork dishes are a tribute to the diverse flavors of India's Northeast, and I can't recommend this restaurant enough. It's a true pork lover's paradise.
