Hyderabad Kitchens is a fairly large and very popular restaurant near the Gauhati Airport that serves both Veg and Non Veg Items as well. They have an Outdoor as well as Indoor Seating Area and there is adequate Parking as well. They accept both Cash & UPI Payments, which is good. Their Menu is Quite Extensive too. As they are Famous for their Chicken Dum Biryani, we took a Take Away Parcel of the same to eat later. The Biryani was Freshly Prepared, Packed Hot in a Nice Air Tight Plastic Container that preserved its Freshness and the Biryani tasted Very Good as well. A Good Place to eat at when in the area and their Chicken Dum Biryani is indeed Very Tasty and Well Recommended too.

Cold Biriyani and Sherva served. The raitha was stale. North Indian dishes are below average. Roti was undercooked. Best avoid eating here.

We ordered take-out. Food was good. The restaurant has good ambience. Decent folks managing the place. Service could be better, as they forgot one of the items we ordered. Decent portions for the price. Go for their Biryanis. Recommended, and will visit again.

There was nothing great about the biriyani offered here. It was just like a normal biriyani (maybe a little less so too) and there were no signature options offered too. We were looking for a restaurant which offered good vegetarian options near the airport and found this place. It got the job done for us.

This was my first visit. Went there for dinner. The waitress suggested us to get Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani but we thought of ordering something else. We ended up ordering veg pulao, chicken 65 and dal fry. The pulao was okay but the quantity was so little, it was just enough for one person. The dal fry was also okay. But chicken 65 was rubbish because I think they have no idea what chicken 65 is. No signs of curry leaves even. It tasted some version of chilli chicken. Ambience was okay.
