Would have given zero star if I had the option. One of my friends visited this place. They had served below par chola bhatura on dirty plates (photos attached). When asked to give clean plates, they couldn't care less. On asked to pack the remaining items, they have a paper bag to pack it ourselves. Awful customer service Below par food quality Suggest to go for another place and skip this.
The place is good to have a quick bite. Best options are their chole bhature and dosa. Place could be more hygienic but you will be able to manage there. Its a budget friendly option if you are in the town.
Bhog is a pure vegetarian restaurant located in the main Golaghat town near Bata chowk. The restaurant serves only three dishes- Puri sabzi, Chole Bhature, Dosa... However good quality milk sweets are also sold. The restaurant is quite clean, spacious and gives good service. They could add Pure Veg thalis as the menu option is quite less.
Food is okay but the place needs to be properly maintained. Not very clean and the staircase that leads to the hotel is stained with Gutka. The owners should take some steps to make it hygienic and well maintained for customers to come in and enjoy the delicacies. Chai, Samosa, Chole Bhature are their specialities.
