I recently visited KFC Diphu and ordered a Zinger burger, chicken bucket, fries, and Pepsi. The food was served hot and fresh, which is always a plus. The quality was good, but the taste was somewhat average, not too spicy, and nothing that stood out as exceptional. The service was decent and efficient, and the staff were polite. I opted for takeaway, and while the food was packed quickly, the packaging itself was a letdown. The drinks leaked halfway through my journey home, which made things messy. Better packaging would definitely improve the overall experience. Cleanliness-wise, the outlet was spotless. The seating arrangement and overall vibe seemed good, even though the place was a bit crowded during my visit. However, when it comes to value for money, I wouldn't say it's worth the price. The food doesn't quite match the cost, and there weren't any special offers or combos available at the time either. Would I go back? Yes, but mostly out of convenience. If they improve the packaging for takeaways, the experience would definitely feel more complete.

Very disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. The air conditioning was not working( Since Last year i guess) making the place extremely uncomfortable to sit and eat--especially in this heat. To make matters worse, there were a lot of flies inside the restaurant, which is unacceptable for a food establishment. It really affected the hygiene and overall dining experience. Definitely not what you'd expect from a well-known brand like KFC.

Best chicken ever hands down. The burgers are also worth it, soft buns with the crispy chicken and the french fries are a must have but I didn't like the krushers, was a bit too sour. That's why cola for the win Service is also fast for dine-in, also for home delivery they deliver at the earliest when set at ASAP for delivery time. KFC lover forever
