I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant(Delish), bongaigaon. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. They seemed completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service, and any attempt to address concerns was met with dismissive or hostile responses. To make matters worse, they charged extra without any valid explanation. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of customers, which is completely unacceptable. The hygiene of the place was another major issue. I got hair on my food item.. Overall, an extremely pathetic experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere--you'll thank yourself later!
