Sairam Parlour in Vizag is a name you often hear in local breakfast conversations, and it certainly has its share of hype. The menu is a classic compilation of Telugu vegetarian staples, featuring idly, dosa, puri, vada, and uttapam. To its credit, most of these items are perfectly up to the mark--perfectly crispy dosas, fluffy idlis, and well-prepared puri. However, the reality doesn't quite match the towering reputation. While the food is consistently decent and reliable, it ultimately tastes rather normal. There's no standout element that makes the experience memorable. It's a solid, unassuming spot for a quick, satisfying meal, but manage your expectations. The hype suggests an extraordinary culinary journey, but what you get is simply good, normal food. A dependable, not a dazzling, choice.
