Dear restaurant staff, I'm absolutely livid and outraged by the disgraceful quality of the food I ordered from your establishment recently. The masala dosa, upma, and poori were all advertised as festival specials, but upon receiving my order, I was completely shocked by the inedible, poorly prepared food The masala dosa was a limp, lifeless disaster, lacking in any semblance of flavor or texture. The dosa was the consistency of a wet paper towel, while the potato filling was a bland, unseasoned mush that barely resembled mashed potatoes. To make matters worse, the accompanying sambar was so watery and tasteless that it was barely worth dipping the dosa into. The upma was an even greater disappointment, as it seemed to have been prepared with a single, lonely grain of rice that had somehow managed to multiply and turn into a bowl of lackluster, mushy, unappetizing porridge. The flavor was non-existent, and the consistency was so horrifying that it was akin to eating paste. Finally, the poori was nothing short of an insult to my taste buds. The dough was overworked and tough, making it nearly impossible to tear apart with my teeth. The curry was equally terrible In conclusion, I am absolutely horrified by the atrocious quality of the meals I ordered from your establishment. The festival specials were a total farce, and I strongly advise any potential customers to stay far, far away from your pathetic excuse for a restaurant. I will never, ever give you another chance, and I will make it my personal mission to spread the word about your utter disregard for quality, taste, and customer satisfaction.
