This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star rating. We ordered 6 masala dosa. 5 out of it was cold as hell and the remaining 1 was different than we've ordered. Dosa served without chutney. Service was so poor. They don't even listen to you if you're an outsider. Complete waste of money and time.
The food quality is decent, though not exceptional. Prices are on the higher side, which is expected for the brand. The indoor dining area can get uncomfortably hot, especially during the day or when it's crowded. However, the outdoor seating area offers a much better experience with a cooler and more relaxed atmosphere, particularly in the evening and at night. Among the restaurants in the area, Saravana Bhavan stands out slightly in terms of cleanliness and food consistency, making it a better option compared to some of the nearby alternatives.
Nice hotel in tirumala. All items are good taste. Price is also reasonable. This hotel is at RTC bud stop near padmanabha nilayam and balaji restaurant. Price of normal idli plate is -40/- (4pc), Poori- 50/-(2pc) only chuntey and sambar for idli plate and curry for poori plate.
Food is okay not that much taste. Area maintenance was not good. Have observed water leakage on the dosa making pan (During rain). Observed a lot of leakages during rain. The cost is also a bit high. They need to work more on the hygiene part.
Only eat here if you don't have any options. I found service to be negligible. I had to go to counter and order myself and also take it from dosa counter myself. I had to pour chutney myself. No one to take order.
