Balaji Saravana Bhavan

The service at Saravana Bhavan, Tirumala branch, was the worst we've experienced compared to all others. We left with empty stomachs after waiting nearly 39 minutes, with no response and disrespectful treatment from the staff. This incident shattered our confidence, making us forget the beauty of Ezhumalayan. Despite asking for assistance, our requests were ignored, even when we made eye contact with the staff. It's worth noting that many tables were empty at that time as well. Service rating - zero (0) ; food - Not tasted..

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the worst hotel in thirumala, we've ordered for couple of parottas and chapathis, not cooked well even after raising issue with staff he seems not bothered at all, unhygienic place, staff was so rude

Went for dinein breakfast. The food is good, and the taste is nice. Price is less when compared to other restaurants nearby. Took parcels for dinner, and the packaging was good. Provided enough sambar and kurma. The place is crowded and will take some time to take order. Sambar vada is good. Dosa and Poori was also tasted good. Nice place to eat good food at cheap prices. Never mind the ambiance.

Extremely Disappointed - Needs Serious Improvement Balaji Saravana Bhavan has been consistently disappointing. I visited last year and again this year, hoping things might have improved -- but unfortunately, nothing has changed. The food quality is extremely poor, not hygienic, and not even a single item we ordered tasted good. It's frustrating, especially when you're tired, hungry, and looking for a decent meal. What makes it worse is the lack of other good food options nearby, which forces travelers to settle for this place just to get by. For families with kids and senior citizens, this becomes even more difficult. It's high time someone steps forward to establish a proper, hygienic, and quality food restaurant in this area. Only then will places like this either improve or be replaced with better alternatives

Must try parantha,Paneer butter masala...tried unlimited South Indian thali also...overall very good restaurant... Near to Tirupati temple... Packaged glass cold water available... staffs are very good...must try restaurant..
