The service was poor, with a wait time of at least 15 minutes. There was no taste in the food, and the staff and manager were not cooperative or helpful. Very disappointing experience overall.

The management of this restaurant changes for three/ four years on contract basis. New management has recently taken over and named as Sri vari Naivedyam. The food items are prepared based on theme of Naivedyam. We visited thirumala on 17th of may 2025 for pusskrinni bath on the occasion of Saraswati puskharalu and this restaurant. We took south Indian thali. All items are delicious and good taste. Wash rooms are maintained well. Staff dressed traditional and friendly nature. Good to visit this restaurant.

Food is very tasty. Service is very good. Every item I tried was very good. Everything looked fresh and organic, no made up taste.

Excellent place to stay if it is an available option. For Tirumala standards, this among the best places to stay. Really large, clean rooms, away from noise and with very good parking available. This is also within close proximity of the bus stop. Quick access to a restaurant. The only issue we faced were with the hot water. The water heaters were a hit and miss. Many times they don't dispense warm water...
