Restaurant with great choice of breakfast items and Veggie Thali for lunch. Place is clean and well maintained. Staff helped us with suggesting some items that are good here. No complaints during our visit. We have visited this place 3 times during our trip Tirumala. Be cautious-some items are a bit spicy!

Feedback on Poor Experience at Tirumala Restaurant Better to eat TTD prasadam Dear AP Tourism Department, I would like to formally escalate my concerns regarding a disappointing experience at a restaurant in Tirumala. During my recent visit, I ordered two meals and curd rice for my family, and I found the food quality and taste to be substandard. Additionally, none of the air conditioning units were operational, the tables were very old, and the washrooms were not clean. The entry to the restaurant was also poorly maintained. It seems that the restaurant takes advantage of the fatigue of devotees, assuming that they will not question the quality of the service. I urge you to look into this matter and consider advising others to be cautious about dining there. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Pa1

One thing to keep in mind when in Tirumala is that the place is basically a pilgrim center, with a huge inflow and outflow of people almost every day of the year. So essentially all the restaurants and eateries will offer some standard fanfare with decent tatse and quality. The ambience of each restaurant also reflects the high traffic that moves through (It's been quite some time since all fine dining restaurants have closed on the hilltop). At this restaurant, youbwill get the usual tiffins, both South Indian and North Indian. Tatse of tiffins is very much acceptable while some Ala carte items of North Indian Rotis and Sabzis are good too. While general hygiene levels are okay'ish, do no expect a lot

My expectations were low as it is from a government tourism department. Food was far better than my expectation. Visited this place for dinner . Idly was hot and rotis are also good. It is one of the most affordable restaurants present in Tirumala. If you are staying backside of temple then it is good restaurant to have food with sitting facility. Service is also ok. They have limited food options. Pro : Affordable Con : They accept only cash .
