Best rooms and hotel managed by charity trust. Newly built premise. 1.5 km from main temple. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly. 3 times food will be given along with tea at early morning but menu is limited..!! Huge parking space for vehicles. Best view from hotel as it's situated on hill top area. They don't provide any toiletries & towels so carry your own..!! Overall best stay for family..!!
Good rooms. Staff is not polite. Arrogant. No service mentality. Breakfast lunch and dinner are included in booking cost. Average food. Overall somewhat recommended.
I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. It's not a hotel. Do pre-booking. I landed on the first day of the Pongal festival and was lucky to get a room here. The entire town was abuzz with locals and outsiders who had parked their vehicles, buses, tempo travellers, cars etc and camped and cooked food any place they found was empty. It was a mini kumbh experience, with the local festival in full swing. The place is very clean, RO water on each floor, parking inside the campus. They also serve lunch and dinner at no cost on the ground floor. I would prefer to stay here next time too.
We stayed as family for 2 nights . Room is spacious and good. Bathroom is very clean and hygienic. Temple is around 1.5 KM distance from lodge and Auto transport is available. Delayed check-in/check out process taking more time and made us waited for more than 50 mins both time. They are providing free food for 3 times but for namesake only; No respect for Guest and treating like Beggar. So whoever visiting this lodge avoid free food taking. It looks like food for Servant working their only and for guest is not good. This lodge runs by Charity but price is also not less. Overall , the room is good but service is bad.
Bedsheets were dirty. No towels were provided. No bathing utilities were provided. No information served regarding complimentary breakfast. By the time we went for breakfast they closed the door and said service is closed for the day. People were flocking for tips and they expect that they will receive tips even after such service. In short very bad experience. Do not, book this hyped stay at Srisailam
