I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Shelton, Rajahmundry. The service by Chandini at restaurant CITRUS was exceptional -- she was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. Truly one of the best staff members I've come across. Thank you, Chandini, for making the dining experience so pleasant!
I'm writing this review specifically for the Citrus restaurant and the waitress Chandini. While the food and ambience is really good, I wanted to specifically thank Ms. Chandini for her honesty and kind behaviour. In extremely thankful to her for calling my wife and handing over my gold bracelet that I thought I lost! These days you seldom find such honest people...the restaurant is lucky to have her. She even denied any monetary gift as a good will when my wife offered her some money. Such a decent human being, I'm very thankful to her.

I WAS WOKEN UP AT 2 AM IN THE MORNING FOR AN AIR FRESHENER. We booked 2 rooms double beds and each room cleanliness was different and quiet an insignificant amount of effort put into cleaning it. I will give marks for the quality they initially arranged everything, "it's like luxury", but going in closer their quality is defected for every new customer, torn blankets, stained tables and washrooms, dirty smudges all over the place. The only thing properly clean is the floor. TV service is okay and room service is 50/50 but fast faster ordering. Now coming to the pricing, I suggest you pay online through some booking service before you arrive. Average price is 6500 for direct booking
