Food was mediocre, but the thing that keeps me from coming back is the service. They refused to give me dosa unless I bought idli, even though I had already bought idli. He also threatened me with a long wait time if I didn't buy idli. This attitude is not acceptable, especially after their growth in popularity, they shouldn't treat their customers with disrespect, rather kindness.
Worst attitude and worst place to have food. Worst hygiene ever. They feel themselves like some masters and rest are there slaves. Food is mediocre
Pathetic experience, the owner is so rude to customers and hygiene is out of the question. Saw him mixing chutneys with his bare hand and it felt horrible. Not gonna visit this place again, there are way too many places in Ongole which maintains minimum hygiene.
Visited this place on my road trip and the owner refused to serve dosa sighting he has Pre orders or bulk booking despite telling we have come long way and just want to taste. Why to pamper such places by doing reels and giving high reviews???
Due to ratings we choose to go this place but actually it suits for people who made it a habit to visit there they only offers three kind of tiffins idly (3) 15/- , dosa(1) 15/- without a single drop of oil , and the rest named oil dosa (1) 20/- 5 rupees extra for 5 drops of oil and make it a roast which actually lesser batter than the normal dosa to become crispy ..... But the chutney is good I rate it 2/5 . . . The most hyped normal hotel
