Right from the owner to server, everybody in this dirty hotel are so arrogant and ill treats customers. Humiliation starts from the one sitting in cash counter without even minimum levels of courtesy. After this hurdle, as you pass on to collect your order, the age old head strong servers will bark at you ruthlessly after making you wait for minimum of 15 minutes. They treat customers in such a way as if they are running a choultry and every one should be at their mercy. You must take what they offer and not what you want. Food is not that great or worth it. You should scream, shout, fight and also beg for anything you require and they throw at you as if you are there to disturb them...!! The rates were so high but completely lack hygiene and basic courtesy. Surprisingly, the owner supports their servers and don't mind to lose customers at the cost of their pride, arrogance and hysteric staff. Not at all worth it and we don't deserve such humiliation in return. Overall, the worst experience that is being hated by any one. Better close down the hotel when you don't know the basics.
