Actually we ordered mutton Biryani but they got chicken biryani for40 minutes time taken but when we cancelled order they gave us mutton biryani in just 3 minutes without any taste and pieces waste of money and worst experience and waste of time
Worst hotel, cancelled my food order instantly because some reasons they Didn't give refund they looted that food amount, weast don't prefer ,and also don't orderd the food from Swiggy they don't have that refund formalities also ,
First of all of the complainants, was that mr rakesh's behaviour towards us was intolerant , and next was that, the room no.206 is cramped ,and the room 204 had ac problems and when asked about ,they were ignorant and unresponsive , Next the house keeping is really bad and the food orders were delayed and the staff was unresponsive which was really problamatic
