Very worst service.. i was ordered Paneer rolls **Qty.. not yet properly cooked ... i have reported the same to the issue ...repose was very bad. Not maintaining the proper Quality ..#fssai & #Food safety team please have a look..

The taste of the food is good, no complaints about that. But the service is very poor. For puffs parcel, they are not even providing paper plates, even after requesting. It seems they will give plates only if we eat there. Should customers go to another shop to buy paper plates after purchasing from Suruchi? Also, the staff are not cooperative and are refusing to share the management's phone number to raise a complaint. This kind of service is disappointing and needs immediate attention.

I ordered 4 Sweet packets from Suruchi through Swiggy and they have missed 2 packets. There's not even a call or information from them about the Missing packets. I called back them and requested for money. But they are denying the refund. Swiggy is providing only a temporary coupon for 7 days which means if I don't order something within 7 days, my money is lost. Worst experience with both Suruchi and Swiggy!

I bought some kakinada kaja from this shop, kaja's were delicious but did not liked the way they treat, I bought approx. 2.5kgs of kaja's at an price of 858 from them and there was a aunt who bought approx. 3kgs at an price of 920, they packed my parcel in an normal cover where they packed her's in an resuable bag, I did not liked it and asked why is the difference in packing, they answered if you have purchased above 1k there will be different packing and if you buy from 500<1k the packaging will be different but I did not get when did that aunt buy 1k when she payed you 920 Infront of me, People may forget the taste but one will never forget the way you treat customers Team I saw with my eyes she bought the same kaja which I buyed, it's 0.5kg difference with an amount of 62 where did this 400 per kg and 1400 came, Please learn to treat all the costumers equally
