I being a regular foodie at GRT, I should write this notes about the extended service provided by Mr. Ajmath Khan (Chef) during when the food orders booked. He is absolutely a Customer's Service oriented and he always does the best services either to guide about the food items to order or to get the pack early as and when it is required. Recently on 19th Oct'25, when I called him to place the order at around 10:30 am for China delegates to our factory at Jagannaikpur, he did a phenomenal contribution about the food to be chosen as per Chinees preference and the delivery of packs as per the time he assured.
Our Guests were so happy to have the food and it was a real compliment from them during their visit. Kudos to Mr. Ajmath. Unsaid feedback is nothing but an useless message. Hence I am writing this feedback to get noticed by everyone.

I've stayed in this hotel for a day, and it was an excellent experience.
The rooms are really neat and well planned, with plenty of facilities. There is also a gym and spa facility which you don't see all that often in other places.
The food was top tier. Definitely worth the price. The buffet was great too, with many good options.
Shout out to Namratha and Manjusha for their excellent service.
Overall, if you're staying in Kakinada i highly recommend this hotel

Hotel was good, with many options in breakfast buffet. Loved their Kunda chicken biriyani for lunch. The staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were good except that Bathroom has translucent wall in the shower area which is uncomfortable for people who are non couples. This should be fixed with regular walls. Apart from this, everything was good.

Great stay at Grand Kakinada. The service and staff behaviour is top notch. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully furnished with all the amenities. The pool is maintained superbly though spending too much time can cause skin irritation due to the chlorine. The breakfast spread for the buffet is extensive and is a healthy mix of South Indian, North Indian and continental delicacies. The food is tasty and the chef personally take pains for your satisfaction. The food prices are on the higher side though. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again on my next visit to Kakinada. 5 stars again for the behaviour of the entire hotel staff.
