I had a great experience during the initial days, but the taste has declined recently--possibly due to a change in the cook (guess)..... The staff seem lethargic, and customer service is poor, with no one at the counter to assist after giving the coupon. Prices are on the higher side, e.g., just 6 small panipuris for a high price rs 50-60, while others offer 10-12 puri for half the rate nearby. Overall, the food is overpriced compared to similar vendors in Gannavaram and the PMC college canteen. However, hygiene and food presentation are still commendable. Needs more cleaning of tables at seating area on a regular basis

The food was so delicious and the service was really great with a superb ambience... The Pesarattu was especially tasty
