I visited this place on 10 jun 25 along with my family, we have ordered fry piece biryani and chiken mughlai biryani , firstly the chiken that was served along with these dishes was pathetic , it tastes bad and seems like a very very old stock of chiken has been cooked .When we complained about it to the staff , they were just passing smiles as if they don't know anything. On top of it this restaurant has the credit to charge Rs 30 per 1. 2 liter water bottle whose mrp is Rs 20 . I don't know how these people started charging the consumer more than MRP ?? . These guys are just looting people in the name of restaurant. Simply Pathetic

During my recent restaurant visit, I was disappointed on multiple fronts. The food failed to meet expectations, both in terms of quality and taste relative to its pricing. Additionally, Manager Ganesh's customer service skills were lacking, as evidenced by his discourteous behavior. Considering these issues, it might be wise for others to explore alternative dining choices.

Liked the taste and ambience and the customer service has declined through years and became unpleasant and also some of the chicken starters are good and some are unsavoury...But it's a good and decent restaurant in all of amalapuram which withstood through times..
