These people need to learn how to run the business.... Literally they have the worst food delivery timing every time delayed with the order even sometimes order will be provided after 10 pm in night also irrational of you asking them to deliver it with no delay.... Now these people have made it worst....." I order a VEG meal there they have CHICKEN MINCHED PIECES was found".... I mean how can someone be this irresponsible... I am pure vegetarian and even they burn there food nd deliver nd absolutely deny it also.... Even I have added the pictures as a proof. I would not recommend anyone or appreciate such service!!!!!...

As the option is not available otherwise I would prefer to give them 0 star. They are very much arrogant in their behaviour along and with inconsistency in the food delivery. The delay in delivery is the most consistent feature . Most of the days, they delivered food after 10 PM after calling them for innumerable times. The key feature is that they will inform you around 09:25 pm that they have cancelled the delivery for the day, when you are already famished. Now for the payment part, they will consistently message you for payment like multiple times in a day. Rates are also not as per the agreement. They keep experimenting with their food menu and most of the days you will find some new item which you are won't be able to have with the rest of the item for example they switched chicken curry for cold weirdly fried chicken that too with rice.They keep on having issues with the delivery boys. Most of the days their delivery boy gets replaced by someone new and this new delivery fellow will most definitely get lost in transit and you keep on waiting endlessly. In short, they are very arrogant, inconsistent, ill behaved. We have suffered a lot for three months and finally we stopped the service to get some well deserved peace of mind.

I paid advance money in June 2024 rs 3600. After that I have to shift so I didn't take service from them. I haven't received my advance money yet so after so many calls msgs and what not.... poor ethical behavior I'll not recommend

Dear God, where do I even start. Firstly worst customer service and I'll list out the reasons. Primarily the inconsistency is absolutely baffling, they have no proper timing one day it'll be 8 , the next day 10.30 and mind it the food will be stone cold most of the days. They don't even inform if they'll not be delivering you can keep on waiting and they'll say that they forgot. The attitude problem requires a separate mention, I guess people at TAJ will have less arrogance than these people. Now coming to food, you can mention your preferences N number of times but they'll not pay any heed to it the chicken pieces we were served were beyond horrible we had to nudge them multiple times just to get palatable food. They'll brush aside timely delivery but during payment they'll be just on time. They really throw you a challenge daily ie either you go crazy out of hunger or you get crazy just by their absolutely careless demeanor. They dont have a set menu per say but most definitely have problems and excuses set in their menu.

Pathetic Service. Pathetic Staff. They sent stale food lot of times. Everyday there's a complain regarding missing items. Everyday they give excuses. They don't even give direct phone number of the owner. Hygiene is not maintained at all. They don't follow general instructions at all. I don't trust their delivery boy because after eating their food, I fell sick. They offer cheap price but it's better to eat good and healthy food from somewhere else by giving some extra money. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you don't care about your health, go eat their food. I'm pretty sure this review will be called as fake because the owner will never agree with anything. I bet most of the 5 stars review are given by the owner only. All I would say that my experience was like nightmare but she might have been good with others. That's all.
