After hopping around some pandals, we made a pitstop here for chai around 2 AM--and surprisingly, the place was still buzzing with people. We ordered Kesar Chai and Masala Chai (80 each), and both were really good. I wasn't hungry so didn't try any snacks, but I noticed they also have a simple seating area with basic tables. Might come back again to try the food (specially Kulcha and chola), but for chai alone--it's definitely worth a visit anytime.
Location: Google takes you to the right place. Service: Decent. Staffs: Polite and quick to take order. Food: I came here with a lot of expectations because of its hype however the taste was just average. Lassi was okayish but it's highly overpriced considering its quantity and especially its taste. So, not at all recommended. Paneer tikka masala was not at all good. Amritsari kulcha was okay. Overall: Not worth the hype. Unfortunately, can't recommend it except you're in an around that around and looking out for a place for dinner at late night and you don't have any other option.
Went here at 4 AM The Amritsari paneer stuffed kulcha here is superb. Absolutely loved it. One comes at around 210 rupees. You get 1 big kulcha, chole and a chutney. One is enough for a person who has a good appetite. They also give a cube of butter on it. The food here is worth the visit. But tea is over hyped. The service is very slow. There is also pretty much of space constraint. There is only one washroom which is not clean. The best part is it is open 24 hours. Though prices are on higher side, food is good and the only good point here.
We have been to this place . Amritsar Kulcha was quite good,Taken 20 mins in making. The Aloo Dum Kachori was good. The worst thing was Doodh Cola, It's the worst I had ever drink. We felt nausea whole day, the whole day was terrible. Don't waste your money on 'Doodh Cola' It's terrible & overhiped. We had requested to give the leftover to other customers ( We had paid For minimum order of Doodh Cola 1Litre for Rs 220 ) The staffs behave quite rudely, Don't act professionally, They will not attend even after calling for 5 times.
Had early morning chai and club kachori at OG Balwant Singh. The taste, as usual, was so good! Nothing beats starting the day with their signature flavors. And how can i forget the kulhad wali chai . So good
