Apna Chulha

Food is good but behaviour is very bad. We generally order food at lunch through whatsapp. Around 10:15am I asked for menu which was shared in WhatsApp. I paid and shared SS through whatsapp. Generally food gets delivered around 12:30 but when food was not delivered till 1:30 I called to check. To my suprise the person said lunch was delivered but when I asked him to recheck with his delivery person then he made a story saying since the order was not placed before 10am they will not accept order. If that's the rule then they should not share menu at 10:15am. Behaviour is very much important for any kind of business. I would definitely never recommend anyone after this. Owner should not take things for granted. If business can rise then with your arrogance it can fall too.

My parents are senior citizens and dependent on Apna chulha for their daily lunch. On some days they deliver very late. Example today they came to deliver at 3.05 pm , whereas normal time is 12.30 pm. On calling at 1.45 pm they replied that lunch would reach in 15 mins. At 2.30 pm had to start preparing their own lunch. The delivery man finally came to deliver at 3.05 pm. On pointing out the delay the delivery man rudely asked if we wanted the lunch or should he take it back. Later they sent a message that they will refund the money and will not be able to serve us. Arrogant delivery person. Irresponsible owners.
