Punjab Restaurant & Madras Tiffin [Sodepur]

The ambience was good with nice bollywood songs in the background. Food is delicious. Service was fast, you just wait for 7-10 minutes. The staffs were very helpful and their behaviour was very pleasant. Food quantity and quality is really good as per the price. We ordered mutton keema tandoori paratha, cheese Naan, Mutton Rara and Fish tikka butter masala. Mutton keema paratha was soft and fully loaded with mutton keema which was very delicious. Coming on to Fish tikka butter masala, it was pure bhetki fish and the gravy was flavoursome. Mutton rara had mutton pieces as well as keema was added in the gravy which was again appetizing. Last the cheese Naan also had good amout of cheese in it and was soft. They have wide variety of veg and non veg items and also have some chinese items as well. Great place for lunch, brunch or dinner even snack are there. Its located in sodepur BT Road just 2 mins walk from Sodepur Mitra Cafe. Highly Recommend this place.

Loved the taste and the quantity was sufficient. The service was also good, and even during Puja days they managed everything very well. Really appreciate the way they maintained their service. Just loved it! Only note: during Puja days they have a specific menu.

I ordered butter naan with paneer butter masala, and both tasted fresh and flavorful. The gravy was creamy and had a rich taste that felt just right. The portion size was good for the price, and the presentation was neat. What I liked most was the balance of spices--it wasn't too heavy or oily. The lassi was thick and refreshing, a perfect end to the meal. However, the seating area felt a little crowded during peak hours, and parking can be a small issue. Still, it's a great spot for family dinners or casual outings with friends. Overall, Punjab Restaurant in Sodepur gives a homely touch to Punjabi cuisine and is worth visiting for its delicious food and friendly service.

Food was not up to mark as they charge for it . We ordered reshmi malai tikka kebab. That didn't test good at all . Also masala kulcha tested like stuffed potato paratha . Which was not even up to mark . All foods were bald in test. Not recommend for chinese cuisine though . ordered crispy chili baby corn , worst test I have ever had, people serve better than this at marriage ceremony .First time I visited 2yrs back when they newly opened this place their food was very flavourful but recently 2 days back I went with my friends.We Waited for more than half an hour for starters.Didn't enjoy food but ambiance was chilling and cozy. An another thing to mention that when we asked to refer something which will Be best in test, they kept giving refference for most expensive foods on menu . I don't think it was genuine. I personally felt it was more business oriented rather being service oriented.
