Highly Irresponsible, unprofessional, without any respect for customers' concerns. Should have given him negative stars if there was an option. I had placed an order for 15 veg plates a few days before an event and he had accepted. Yet I called them on the day before the event just to confirm, but they did not pick up. This 'no response' when on throughout the day. Finally at 11.30 in the night before the event they sent a message saying "order cancelled". No call, did not even receive the call. Such irresponsibility. How would I even make alternative arrangements? They just ruined my event.
