Really the worst experience in this hotel of west Bengal. I am a traveller from Bhutan I booked this hotel using online app (make my trip) and already paid the fee for a room but when I went and showed my booking pdf and asked the reception man for my room. He clearly denied me saying you can't book our hotel using any online app or website and he wanted me to pay him on cash 2k for a room I checked the app the hotel was clearly available for the businessclearlyand I also have the proofs of booking.

The gents washroom had a bee hive in it and was not up to the terms with hygiene. The view from outside was great but the ac room for eating had most of its furniture and wall broken . The service was not up to mark it took them 15 mins just for them to clean the tables for us which we had to call them for 5 times. Anyways would think maybe twice to come but is still a good place to come just needs some good servicing.
