While across the world every other delivery services deliver foods or products to the door of the customer but here in bankura even if you stay in a multistorey apartment they will tell you to come down to receive the item. Zingy is not different to them. In case of amazon or flipkart we have a option to complain to higher officials, but for zingy I am really looking for so.
