Its real fraud hotel, toilets were leaking and there was no electricity whole night, no one was available on reception and when it was complained to them at the time of check out, they rudely responded that we can provide room only, electricity is not in our hand. Very rude staff and only money making mind, no customer service, don't even think about staying there if you are planning to visit Ranikhet, would make your visit nightmare for rest of your life.

The only good thing is the location ,the place have Old school aesthetic but there is no efforts to enhance that. Willing to take over the hotel considering the location and the aesthetic.
Honest Review Stay at this hotel on 24 th Dec 2024, if there is any option to review it minus I would have done that. When you enter the hotel it fill like you are in at abandoned British period room. Dusty bed with lots of pach marks, blinking tube light, never seen before farnichar with muddy cover on it. Uff just horrible experience. If you want to open the basin tap you may have to take a bath from pipe leakage. If you have a good skin then stay one night at this hotel, your skin will change over night and if you can't tolerate all this thing then there will be a option for you , all the bathroom had a secret door, you can leave any time you want. Please don't waste your money and your precious holiday here.
We made a family trip this long weekend and visited this hotel too while exploring. They have a wide variety and quality of rooms available according to the price one is willing to pay . We chose the premium room and it was one of the best rooms available in the city area , with proper cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the room and washroom too was super neat and tidy with all the basic requirements . The room has a luxury touch to it at a nominal price . The stay was comfortable , service was also fine (alittle slow but nothing to worry) and the location is amazing with a mountain view , easy accessibility and very approachable. They also have a pure veg restaurant with up to the mark food and taste. Satisfied and happy with the stay . Nothing like the other reviews.
