Rasam - Taste of South

Best south indian restaurant with good service. Portion size is enough for two persons. Interior and views are very good. I will prefer to come again. Value for the money.

I tried their Medu Vada Sambhar and their Rava Kesari. Honestly it has to be one of the best Vada Sambhar I have had in a long time It was served steaming hot, the sambhar had such rich flavours and the vada was also very crispy, cooked till perfection. Absolutely loved it! Rava Kesari was also pretty decent, it was not too sweet, very suitable to our liking.

Namaskaram This was my first visit to this South Indian Restaurant,One of the good South Indian restaurants in Town.Awesome place to have your good food experience along with your family and friends. A place that's guaranteed to satiate people's South Indian cravings ,I highly recommend this South Indian restaurant, if you really like South food ,The ambiance and taste of food was awesome. Vegetable Kurma and coconut Rice was just amazing and Rawa kesari halwa was the best I have ever tasted ,as it got some pineapple flavour,Need some improvements in masala dosa and sambar. If you want to taste different items you can order Platter over here. About service-It takes time,No issue because fresh and good food always takes time .pocket friendly to all. My suggestion they should put original banana leaf on the table so that it looks more authentic South Indian food.Also should have a washbasin out side the washroom. I went there with my colleague one of my friend was the south person and our overall experience was good ,Must Recommend to all who likes the South Indian Food.

We tried Thatte Idli, Platter and Filter Coffee. Everything had an authentic taste. The platter was really amazing and the dish I personally liked the most was Rava Kesari. My taste buds can still relish the taste while writing the review. Vada was so crispy and had an appropriate amount of oil. Dosa and Uttapam were also sumptuous. The only thing which I missed from my Bangalore Days was organic pure ghee on the table along with Gun Powder. Though they had gun powder, ghee was replaced by sesame oil (which is a healthy option, but I didn't like the taste). Overall a great experience.
