I had ordered a Jain Thali on my way from Howrah to Mumbai in train. Agreed to pay Rs 100 for Roti Sabji and Salad. What I got was 1 liquid sabji with a Cockroach in it. The owner stopped responding to my calls after the food was delivered. Very dissatisfied with the service.
