Pathetic service with rude and impolite staff. They constantly make excuses and fail to provide tiffins on a daily basis. The taste, quantity, and quality of the food are all extremely poor. They take the full month's payment in advance and then skip deliveries, claiming they'll adjust the remaining amount in the next month. But the reality is -- it's their strategy to trap customers. Since they have a strict "no refund" policy, you're forced to either keep taking their substandard tiffins or lose your money. And if you confront them about their unprofessional behavior, they take it to their ego, stop providing tiffins, and even stop answering your calls. Please don't fall for their sweet promises in the beginning. You'll end up becoming a victim of their loopholes, excuses, and manipulative mindset. Choose wisely and go somewhere else -- never, ever opt for this service!
