Now I am staying in hotel but worst service I never experienced before. The staff and manager attitude is worst.even I requested to change room often they don't care.

I had a horrible experience I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The service was horrible, and the staff were incredibly rude. While the rooms were somewhat clean, I had several issues. I booked an AC room, but the AC was broken and wasn't cooling the room properly. To make matters worse, the AC was positioned above the bed and was continuously dripping water. Despite my complaints, the staff did nothing to resolve it. Additionally, the window in my room wouldn't close and had no grill, posing a safety risk. When I requested a room change, the staff again did nothing. The only positive aspect was the location, which was nice and within walking distance of the PVR Venus Mall and close to Gorakhpur Station. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Trust me, I never have stayed in a hotel like this before in Gorakhpur. They should not be in hospitality business. I hope the owner will read this review and improves in terms of proper servicing to their guests in this hotel.

Hotel is located in very prime location at golghar with everything available at walking distance be it food, Dry cleaning and so on. Coming back to the staff the receptionist "Nitu" and "Aman" are very attentive towards the guests, All the best to them for Future. The owner "Sachin" is also a great guy was too friendly with me asked about if everything was up to date or not. I had a long stay of about 20 days and it if felt like home. This is a good stay option at such price point its a value for money deal, so in case you are visiting gorakhpur and planning to stay this should be your stay. To the management
