During my visit, I ordered a plate of poori, but to my disappointment, I found multiple hair strands in the serving. I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager, who apologized for the inconvenience and offered to replace the dish with a fresh serving. However, even in the replacement plate, the same issue persisted -- hair strands were present again. This raised serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards and food handling practices. Despite being cautious while eating, the repeated occurrence made it uncomfortable and difficult to trust the cleanliness of the food being served. Such experiences not only ruin the dining experience but also reflect poorly on the overall management and kitchen supervision.
