The service at the restaurant was very disappointing. My wife and I went there this evening to celebrate, as she had just returned from the UK after a long time. We were looking forward to enjoying a nice meal together. We had only been eating for about 30 minutes when the waiter came over and asked if we wanted the food packed, even though we hadn't finished. It felt like he wanted us to leave early, which made us uncomfortable. We politely told him that we were still eating and needed more time. However, throughout the meal, he kept rushing us by quickly serving food and using hand gestures to make us hurry up. We felt pressured and it spoiled the atmosphere. At the end, we were thinking about ordering something more, but before we could say anything, he suddenly brought the bill without asking us. We felt like he just wanted us out of the restaurant. Because of his rude behavior, we didn't feel like giving him a tip. Still, we gave 5 just to avoid any scene, although he didn't deserve even that. But shockingly, he came back and made a fuss, saying that the tip was too low. It was embarrassing and disrespectful. We tried to speak to the manager, but he wasn't available. Another staff member told us to "compromise," but no one apologized or took responsibility for the poor service. Even though the food tasted good, the overall experience was ruined by the server's behavior. We left feeling upset and disappointed. I hope the management seriously looks into such issues and makes sure that loyal customers like us are treated with respect and care.
