Haveli Family Restaurant

Today I visited Haveli and ordered Chicken Biryani, but it was not cooked properly and tasted disappointing. The table condition was also very poor. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. The management really needs to improve the food quality and cleanliness.

Here I want to share my experience, I have took 3 chicken dum biryani first two are good but the third biryani I ordered was total masala with fried with black colour with total carbon like piece , I asked server madam but she said answer I don't know they have given me like that answer, as her behaviour was not good thinking that she was like software engineer , and when I paid the bill they said at that time we can change that biryani but her answer was different from management side , they even not minused that biryani , total amount was paid , where quality of food lacks , kindly avoid this restaurant as I faced this situation

Haveli is a family restaurant located in Khammam. It is a known restaurant and experiences a good amount of public on normal days. It has a very nice ambiance outside with the fountain and the greenery making it enjoyable. The inside, though, is not as notable, with less lighting, and a separation system for every two tables which doesn't have much sense. The toilet being placed outside also makes it awkward to walk outside in case of a nature's call. The service was good but a little slow and the food was okayish. We ordered the Naan, paneer, pulav, and soup, for reference. Overall, a nice experience.
