Well the Taste of Idly is so good but the issue is only one person is managing everything which is so stupid I feel. He has to give tokens, idly, prep chutney, etc. Instead he can hire a person for the same to give a good customer service. Maybe he want to cut costs but someone who can help him wud be better and still increase price of idly and people can still afford it for its taste. Customer Service is >> anything in business.

You'll have to wait for tokens, earlier the taste was awesome, but now a days it's not so good. You can try once, but it's very crowded.
