The ambience of the hotel is below average, and the pricing feels high compared to the taste and overall food quality. Not better as compared to other raghavendra branches in Hyderabad... Important point, Never go to this hotel for a parcel when you are hungry on a Sunday,or holidays... The wait time may extend depending upon the number of items you had ordered. I made my mind never to visit this hotel again in my life on a Sunday or a holiday. Food quality has also come down drastically
Never go to this hotel for a parcel when you are hungry on a Sunday, the wait time may extend depending upon the number of items you had ordered, keeping in mind ordered three plates Puri, they leisurely took more than half an hour, on prompting and a senior's intervention got out of the ordeal after 35 minutes, it was my favourite eatery, but, today made my mind never to visit this hotel again in my life on a Sunday. Food quality has also come down drastically. A single star is for my fond memories during my college days.
These guys are fraud. The guy in the Order/cash counter using wrong phonepay scanner and replacing tiffin Shop scanner when customer went to collect food parcel and then he is coming back to customer again and saying payment is not done and asking to do payment again. If asked to view CC camera access and they are saying it's not available
It is a very good vegetarian South Indian restaurant. Staff is friendly and food is real good. Ordered 2 masala dosa, 1 idli, 1 puri and 2 filter coffee and it just costed 251 thus very light on pocket. Must try once when you visit Kachiguda railway station.
