This place smells awfully. Very bad disgusting smell comes from the kichen. They serve the frozen food. Food quality is really bad. Also, there is nobody at the counter to complain to. Even there is no one to take orders. I left the plate as it is after having a bite. When asked for refund, person in the kitchen is least bothered. Only one guy is working in the kitchen says he is not responsible for the order. This is a new way to steal money from customers. Need to raise complaint to the food safety department. This place needs to be closed.

They are looting money from and providing stale food to customer . I got the 2 plates chapathi parcel from this worst hotel. When I identified curry getting stale smell immediately went back to hotel and informed publicly . at counter Again they have provided same curry which have heaten . Once open the parcel getting same stale smell. Dear customer don't encourage this kind stupid selfish hotel take care of your health.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Food Quality Went to this restaurant and ordered food on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 8:30 AM. After a long wait for my parcel, I returned home to find the food was utterly disappointing: The Mysore bajji was completely uncooked. The idlis were partially cooked, soggy, and inedible. The masala dosa had no masala filling whatsoever. The food was stale and of such poor quality that I had to throw it all in the bin. Extremely disappointing experience--avoid this place if you expect decent food!

A year ago it was awesome service , taste and atmosphere. Today I came to have breakfast with my family really worst experience and everything gone. Noticed that the Items are too bad which they kept in fridge .

We frequently visit here for tiffins at night, owner is a good guy, but the incharge lady inside kitchen she doesn't listen what we say/ask. Give stale food to customers in absence of owner, we ordered a veg biryani around 9pm for my kid, upon reminding them for our order they simply said we need to reheat it as it was cooked in the afternoon they reheated it and gave carrot rice, i didnt find any veggies apart from carrot, pathetic
