I had taken a 14 day package for my aunt and uncle who got covid. Food was delivered on time but quality of food is not good. I gave them feedback and they said they will correct the same. On the same day, my uncle and aunt had to get admitted in hospital so I called to cancel the order. I am denied refund. After calling them and requesting , I got 5000 back out of 9500 I paid and that too for one day of food. Please be aware of this before ordering or taking package. You should try the food before choosing the package.
