One of the worst hotel in Villupuram, taste is very very bad money waste this is my worst experience they provide high cost food but not good and I order naan chicken masala they provide old stock food my worst experience. I didn't expect that, no quality no quantity no taste and my kind request don't visit this worst hotel I felt disgusting
I have ordered Mutton Briyani combo on Dindigul Thalappakatti Villupuram branch through swiggy app from train but I have received curd rice. When I called restaurant very worst response from their side. Ignoring call no response.Totally disappointed from Dindigul Thalappakatti. Since Dindigul Thalappakatti is famous for their signature Briyani we ordering that but receiving curd rice is bad experience.
I had one of the worst experiences at the Dindigul Thalappakatti - Villupuram branch. They displayed an offer that said unlimited dosas and parottas with every gravy order. We were a family of six and ordered four gravies. However, they still charged us for the parottas and dosas. When we asked about the offer, their explanation was very unreasonable, saying we "shared" the gravy. Even then, we had ordered three separate gravies for three individuals, which should have clearly qualified. Instead of clarifying properly, the staff laughed at us, were disrespectful, and made us feel very uncomfortable. This is not the kind of behavior or treatment expected from a restaurant of such a reputed brand. Very poor customer service, misleading offers, and absolutely no respect for customers. Highly disappointing experience.

i visited this place first time. for take away taste always good, ambience is good. not much crowded most suited for family also. car parking also available. all type of veg and non veg options available. cost is moderate to high. can order through online also. now unlimited dosa or parota festival is going on for dine in can order one gravy get unlimited dosa/parota. this offer was really good.
