We came from Chennai and visited Junior Kuppana with my sister, who has a 7-month-old baby. She was trying to feed the baby at the last table after informing one of the stewards. Another steward, who was sitting there, asked my sister "what" like that when she entered the last table. And she replied, he gave us a rude attitude and walked away to another table. I then called a person who seemed to be the manager (judging by his attire) and explained what happened. His response was shocking--he said, "What is important for you? Feeding? Then please do it." This was very unprofessional and dismissive. He further told us that we should have taken permission from him and that someone is supposed to be at reception for such matters. When we mentioned that we had already informed the steward, he brushed it off, saying that the steward only knew Hindi and we should have explained better. But "feeding" is a simple and common word--anyone in customer service should understand this. We were deeply disappointed and left the place without having any food. Never expected such poor customer care and insensitivity, especially from Junior Kuppana. We have visited their Chennai branch before and had better experiences, but this was completely unacceptable. Such a bad experience and extremely poor customer management.
