I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Chinna Veedu. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested in attending to guests, and we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before someone even took our order. Even after ordering, the food took forever to arrive, and there was no communication or apology from the staff about the delay. To make matters worse, when we raised concerns, the response was rude and dismissive. It felt like they didn't value their customers at all. Such service is unacceptable, especially when there are so many other options available. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they drastically improve their attitude towards customers and service standards.

It's a good place to eat Lunch, if you are going single or family, limited menu items,good service and great village type foods,only cause is the quantity of the starters are less to the price as my thoughts, all other ok.
