I had breakfast, food quality and taste is bad, and about service, they don't even place water. While I raised complaint, that manager don't even care and he said "vandha varatum illati potum". I believe the food and got very bad experience.

We visited this hotel for lunch. We waited here for ten minutes for lunch. It was crowded. I asked the billing person girl "can they assign table for us once it's noting down waiting person/families?" The girl spoke with me very rudely. We don't have the option. If you want to have food you should wait at the table (Behind the person who is having their lunch) and sit. They where very rude in responding to customers. After 15min one waiter came and informed that there is no meals and everyone waiting for table should wait for another 1 hour for food. It was happened on 12.05pm They have AC room that too was not ready (they where yet to clean) and they informed it would take another 1 hour to get ready. Worst coustomer service. If they don't have adequate food. They shouldn't open the restaurant because they not even selling tifin items.
